We are a small family business and rent out 3 Villas on the Eastern Seaboard of Zanzibar. So if you are looking for a quiet place and want to relax in harmony with nature, then you have come to the right place.
At the two Villas at Matemwe you find yourself in the middle of nature, far away from any stress of civilization with a unique view of the sunset. You can enjoy the evenings on your terrace, with refreshing sundowners, somewhat of a tradition in Zanzibar. At night one can experience the gentle sounds of nature and the ocean at your doorstep.
At The Jambiani Villa you can enjoy and take in the endless white sandy beaches home to a hive of activities centered around sustainable development and tourism done right – where folks are able to continue engaging in traditional livelihoods, while reaping the economic benefits of small-scale tourism. The holiday home has 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen range with all the necessary appliances as well as ample communal lounge space to relax.

The busy village of Paje is 2 km from Asali Beach House, offering an array of holiday activities, local shops and night life.
The Villa features 4 fully air - conditioned rooms and adjoining communal lounge and dining areas with balcony space to take in the magnificent ocean views.
The infinity pool and sun terrace is a stand out feature where one can take in a Seaview of Mnemba Island as a backdrop, All the while soaking up the sun and fresh ocean breeze .
There is a private beach area in front of the villa where one can engage in various activities - enquire about snorkeling, diving cycling, fishing and windsurfing. The beach is accessible during low tide.
